Transformational Leadership

Description of Course: This course establishes a foundational framework for developing an unshakable Christ-centered identity, cultivating biblical Kingdom living, and leading with integrity under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Through progressive instruction, students will explore the integration of theological understanding with personal transformation, resulting in greater clarity of purpose and calling.

Description of Course: This course provides advanced foundational framework for ethical pastoral leadership designed for those who have been in ministry for at least 10 years or more. It takes a fresh look at operating out of overflow, spiritual boundaries, administration ethics, and conflict resolution all through remaining in the peace in Jesus.

Description of Course: This course establishes a foundational framework of excellence for Christians to present themselves with Kingdom principles in a virtual space. We span topics from lighting, framing, approaching teaching techniques, and how to build trust and relationship with students within a guideline of ethics.

Non-denominational Ordained Minister of the Gospel

Description of Course: This course provides the framework for responsible and accountable ministers of the gospel. You will prepare your heart as you seek the heart of God, to be placed in the Office of Pastor by taking a pastoral oath and committing your life to serving the Lord.

This course must be discussed with the Admissions Office prior to applying.
